Is there such a thing as "number of block confirmations" on TON?

On other blockchains such as Ethereum I've encountered a concept of "block confirmations". It means that transaction is considered "complete" and irreversible only after a specific number of blocks gets included in the blockchain after it, which may take some time.

In the TON ecosystem I haven't encountered that yet. Is everything always assumed to be "complete" after the first block? Or there are some cases where you have to wait for a specific "number of block confirmations"?
