One of the core on-ramps for TON is the Oracle bridge from BSC and Ethereum. Is this an open source solution? Where is the code located?

Many components of the bridge are located in the TON GitHub organization, https://github.com/ton-blockchain?q=bridge, but the oracle runtime is not.
