Sometimes it would be convenient if the gas fee for the transactions would be paid by some other account. In the EVM ecosystem there's EIP-2711 for that: https://eips.ethereum.org/EIPS/eip-2711

Is there something like that on TON blockchain, or the fee must always be paid by the sender?
